Oral presentation slides and posters have to be written in English.

-Authors must submit the abstract online.

-The themes must be specified.

- Only Word files will be accepted.

-Abstract title (10 words), Times New Roman 12.

-Specify, Presentation (oral or poster)

-Name and, affiliation of co-authors, 

-Times New Roman 10.The first author in the focal contact for the abstract.

-Abstract (300 words, excluding the title, the authors and    Affiliations), Times New Roman 11.

- Keywords (6 max), Times New Roman 11.

 

 

Presenter Guidelines

Oral presentation 

Authors of oral presentations should bring the presentation in Power Point format (16:9 screen).

Please prepare your presentation in Power Point (PPT or PPTX) or PDF format,

 

Remember that time allocated for:

Key note lectures is 25 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes of discussion

Oral presentations is 10 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes of discussion

Presentations have to be loaded on one of the meeting's computers at least 1 hour before the start of the session.

 

Poster

Authors of poster presentations are responsible to bring their own poster to the conference. The size of the poster is  (80 × 120 cm maximum).

The posters will be hung during all the conference. Authors of posters will have to remove them the last day of the congress. During the assigned poster session, it is recommended to be in front of your poster to answer questions or comments.

Please check the Abstract Book you will receive at the conference for the number of the poster board allocated to you. Please use the board with the same number.

 

Posters can be affixed to the assigned poster board from 24 to 25 November
